About
“The brain is like a muscle. When it is in use we feel very good. Understanding is joyous.” -Carl Sagan
This quote by Carl Sagan embodies what I aim to achieve with this blog- a sort of notebook and record of my explorations in science, technology, medicine and anything else I find interesting. It's my hope that some of this information may be of use to someone at some point in time through the miracle that is the Internet.
Myself
I studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Boston University followed by a medical degree (M.D.) at New York Medical College. Subsequently, I specialized in urologic surgery and completed residency at New York Medical College in 2023 followed by a robotic urologic oncology fellowship at Keck Hospital of University of Southern California in 2024.
Despite my science heavy medical and biologic science background, I've been tinkering with software and computers since I was five. Over the years, I've learned (and forgotten some) technologies including Visual Basic, Java, and Python. Since college I've developed several web applications using the Django web platform and still maintain and build new projects from time to time.
If you are interested in urology, technology, data science, machine learning, rockets, robots or anything remotely of the sort please feel free to contact me on X!
